As we grow our commercial division, we are seeking ambitious, results-driven professionals to join our team. Our mission is to provide strategic, bespoke solutions to corporate clients and investors navigating Dubai’s dynamic commercial property market.
This is a highly varied and challenging role, offering the chance to work across multiple property types while building lasting relationships. The position is commission-based with uncapped, tax-free earnings, ideal for motivated individuals with strong negotiation and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, investors, and developers.
- Identify and pursue commercial property opportunities, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and investment assets.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with zoning regulations, commercial property laws, and economic trends.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, lease agreements, and investment potential.
- Prepare and present proposals and property presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate leases, sales, and renewals on behalf of clients.
- Perform site visits, valuations, and due diligence activities.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client interactions within the CRM system.
- Develop strategies to optimize asset utilization and maximize property value.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in commercial real estate or B2B sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s commercial property market is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client advisory skills.
- Understanding of lease agreements, investment analysis, and ROI calculations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Minimum six months of financial savings (due to commission-based structure).
- Education certificate (GCSE level or higher).
- Immediate availability to start.
